Here are some of the Pintos making the trip. Here are some of the cars that have sent us pictures and plan on making the trip. Click on the pictures to see links to learn more about these cars. We have more cars coming than are listed, but we have not received those pictures yet.
Norms 1979 Boss 302 Pinto, Patterned after a 1970 Boss 302 mustang.
Weezie's 1976, a truly rare V6, air conditioned Pinto with all the extras.
Becky and her 1974 Pinto runabout in Saddle Bronze (Copper).
Joe's 1974 Runabout is one sweet ride, it will make a nice addition to the trip.
Jim and Karen have this 1979 Pintera serial tag number 5 of 7. It is a real Pintera factory made of steel, not the fiberglass kit. Want to see more of this car? Then you will have to come to Carlisle, Jim likes surprises. They are coming form Oklahoma to make the whole trip.
Jim and Karen are bringing a surprise one of a kind factory made registered Pinto, unlike anything you have ever seen! They do not want to tell us the details, I only know that this car will turn the Pinto world upside down.
Robert Ries will be coming along with his wife and this Mean green Wagon.
Pinto's meeting up on the road! Below are the cars that are going to meet up with us on the road where they can. Cookieboy will be bringing one of these, hopefully we can convince him to bring more than one, but that would require someone else driving one of these beauties. Tough call! If you haven't visited cookieboys site, then you don't know Pintos. Check out the link. http://www.cookieboystoys.com We should hook up with Cookieboy around Indianapolis.
Dave's wagon is one of the most sought after Pintos, the infamous cruising wagon. He bought it new in 1979, Dave's son is serving oversees for our country and we thank him for his service.
Bob's 1974 Pinto Runabout has some interesting additions. That hood is definitely unique. Bob will be meeting up around the Ohio area.
Harley will meet up around Columbus Ohio, he plans on bringing both Pintos to the 40th.
Mark has a sweet little red wagon, he also will be meeting up with the ever growing group from around the Great Lakes region.
This sweet ride is called Ryscar, it is owned proudly by Richard Metcalf and will be joining up with us around Dayton. He is trucking down from Ontario to make the trip.
Matt will be joining up with us along the way for the last leg. He will join up in the Ohio area.
